Yes. You can cancel within 7 days of booking for a full refund, no questions asked — as long as your tour does not start within the next 10 days.

How do refunds work depending on when I cancel?

Refunds are based on the time before departure:

  • 30+ days before: Full refund

  • 15–30 days before: 75% refund or 100% travel credit (valid for 2 years).

  • 7–14 days before: 50% refund or 100% travel credit (valid for 2 years).

  • Less than 7 days: Very flexible — up to 50% refund or 100% travel credit depending on circumstances.

Every case is reviewed fairly and transparently. We always aim to be fair, flexible, and traveler-friendly. Your satisfaction and safety come first — not strict cancellation rules.
